Why Use the OKR & KPI Tracker?

A lightweight, browser-based OKR tracker for teams and individuals - no software, no signup, no distractions.

Objectives & Key Results

Define high-level objectives and break them down into measurable key results. Add numeric, percentage, or currency targets with real-time progress tracking. Everything updates instantly as you type.

Health Score & Progress Bars

Each objective has a progress bar showing KR completion. The overall health score (green/amber/red) gives you an at-a-glance status. Track how many KRs are on track, at risk, or off track across all objectives.

Quarterly Cycles

Organize OKRs by quarter with independent objectives for each cycle. Switch between quarters, add new quarters as the year progresses, and maintain a complete year-round view of your strategic goals.

CSV Export & localStorage

Export all OKR data as CSV for spreadsheet analysis or reporting. All data is automatically saved to your browser's localStorage - close and come back later, your OKRs are preserved. No signup required.

What Is the OKR & KPI Tracker?

A browser-based tool for setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Define high-level objectives, break them into measurable key results with numeric, percentage, or currency targets, and track progress with live progress bars and health scores.

How Health Scoring Works

The overall health score is calculated as the percentage of key results that have met their target. Objectives with 80%+ KRs met show as "On Track" (green), 50-80% as "At Risk" (amber), and below 50% as "Off Track" (red). Individual objective health follows the same logic at the objective level.

100% Private & Local

All OKR data is stored in your browser's localStorage. Nothing is sent to any server, no accounts are needed, and no tracking scripts access your strategic goals. You can export your data as CSV for backup or sharing.

For Teams & Individuals

Designed for team leads, startup founders, product managers, freelancers, and anyone who wants to set measurable goals. Multiple quarterly cycles let you track progress across the entire year. Each quarter is independent, so you can carry forward or reset objectives as needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about using the OKR & KPI Tracker.

Click "Add Objective" to create a new objective. Give it a title and optional description. Then click "Add Key Result" to add measurable KRs under that objective. Each KR needs a target value (your goal) and a current value (where you are now). The progress bar automatically calculates completion percentage.
Three types: Numeric (e.g., "100 customers"), Percentage (e.g., "90% satisfaction"), and Currency (e.g., "$50,000 MRR"). Choose the type that best fits your metric. The progress bar and formatting automatically adjust based on the type you select.
The health score is the percentage of all key results that have met or exceeded their target. For example, if you have 10 KRs and 7 are at or above target, the health score is 70%. Green (80%+) means On Track, amber (50-80%) means At Risk, and red (below 50%) means Off Track.
Yes. Click "New Quarter" to add additional quarters. Each quarter is independent with its own set of objectives and KRs. Use the quarter tabs at the top to switch between them. You can delete quarters that are no longer needed.
Yes, all data is automatically saved to your browser's localStorage. Your OKRs persist when you close and reopen the page. However, clearing your browser data will remove saved OKRs - use the CSV export to backup your data before clearing.
Yes. Click "Export CSV" to download all OKR data across all quarters as a CSV file. The CSV includes quarter, objective, key result, type, target, current, progress, and status columns. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet application.
Yes, completely free with no signup required. All data stays in your browser - nothing is uploaded to any server. There are no limits on the number of objectives, key results, or quarters you can create.
Yes. Click directly on any objective title or description field to edit it. Changes are saved automatically. Key result titles, targets, current values, types, and units are also fully editable inline.
OKRs combine a high-level Objective (what you want to achieve) with measurable Key Results (how you measure success). KPIs are the individual metrics themselves. In this tool, objectives are your "O"s and key results are your "KRs" - each KR acts as a KPI with a target and current value.
